💡 Intermediate Incandescent Light Indicator by Sterl Lighting Review

I looked for these bulbs in stores and they either only had LEDs or regular bulbs were expensive so I decided to try Revain. I have tried LEDs but they are too bright for the light in my headboard. Just annoying so much light. My old bulbs gave a much softer light. These lamps were exactly what I wanted and reasonably priced. I don't know how long they will last, but so far I'm very happy with them.

I used these lightbulbs in a 40w lamp. I have 10 pieces in a box. The 1st lasted 6 weeks, the 2nd blew when first turned on, the 3rd lasted 4 weeks, the 4th lasted 3.5 weeks. This is a bad indication that they last for over 6 weeks at best. I advise against purchasing this product. My experience so far has been that a lightbulb lasts about a year with daily use, so that's poor value for money. I would be happy if they lasted 4-6 months each, but 4-6 weeks is just not acceptable. Avoid.

I used to buy these bulbs at the drug store where they sold for $6 each or more when they were available. Which they didn't always do. Because of this, I was convinced it was an expensive lightbulb. My powerful reading lights are great and the lights last so I'm willing to pay for it. Imagine how lucky I was to find this great deal at Revain! A little over a dollar for a lightbulb. Each bulb usually lasts at least a year, so I'm probably set for a lifetime! I highly recommend these pears.

. When these lamps are not being used by someone, they get very hot and burn out quickly. They're very expensive (often over $4 for two bulbs) at stores like Lowe's and Home Depot, so I was excited to see this option. I haven't had any problems with the ones I've used so far. I'm glad they're still burning after a few days of use, because bulbs like this often burn out when I've turned them on. If you must use them I would recommend them from my experience as the price is definitely right.

Item was delivered quickly and arrived in reasonably sturdy packaging. The price is way better than what is available at your local department store for a similar lamp if you can even find it. I don't know how long these bulbs last, but I never thought at the time that these kind of bulbs from famous brands are special anyway and cost a lot more. I've only installed one bulb so far and it works as expected. I'm happy. Even if some of these lamps were bad, I would still be ahead in this price…
