not the best replacement for

I bought 12 of these from another manufacturer here at Revain in January. Since one burned out, I immediately ordered a pack of 6 of them. The colors are not the same. They are more yellow when placed next to the originals, so I had to swap all 6 in the mount to get all the "yellows" together. In addition, after using it, you are already burned out after 2 weeks of use.

Very good lamps with warm light output

Slightly yellowish on the side, which is to be expected since the seller rates it at 2600K. You can use 60 watts, but the light output is significantly lower, more like a traditional 40 watt incandescent bulb. Bought these for use in bathroom wall lights and for that purpose the warm colored light works very well. There is no problem dimming these bulbs and the light output is completely linear from brightest to darkest.

No breakage, screw on and easy to get the right brightness

I received it yesterday and I'm still very satisfied. They were packaged very well so nothing would break. I have a giant salt lamp with a bigger bulb than most and they are perfect for this. I bought the multipack so I can have a backup next time it burns out as it was supposed to be off for several days when the last one burned down. No breakage, screw tight and easy, proper brightness. I will update if it blows through faster than necessary but otherwise very satisfied.

The ideal light source for our new master bathroom light Kohler Margaux

As a key part of our massive bathroom makeover, we installed four Kohler Margaux wall sconces to provide light between the wall mirrors.
