I bought two of these for my twin granddaughters. One was in a very nice box with all the documents, the other appeared to have been returned and only sent with nothing! Very disappointing!

Our daughter loved the necklace with her initial on it. She actually ended up with two of them. Someone else got it with a different initial.

Not only is this charm quite small (less than half the size of my pinky), it also looks different than the product image. There is an N sequin print on the product image. The resulting object has an italic N with no sparkles.

He says it's silver but then gives you instructions not to get it wet or wear it while you sleep to protect it. This creates uncertainty that it is not silver.

Much smaller than described and pictured. I was afraid I would break the chain just by picking it up. The heart itself is so small that it makes the letter on the heart even smaller. The well-defined "rocks" they show as letters in the image are actually flakes or dust. Was very disappointed with what actually came. I liked the individual approach, a small message and a small postcard. It was nice. Description and photos should be a bit more accurate. Now I doubt the necklace is even sterling…
