The chain is beautiful but I brought it in late January, wore it once when it was done, went to wear it again and the clip didn't stay closed, said it was too late for a return or exchange. I don't wear items once I've bought them, as usual, but I think returns should be allowed on things like jewelry.

Very cute necklace. I bought it to use with a rose gold pendant. It worked great. I like the adjustable length. I would buy this again.

I ordered a necklace with a gold box and was very satisfied. My only problem was trying to attach a small pendant to the chain. The part on the chain was too big to fit through the pendant. I switched to a different suspension and everything was fine.

I bought the same one last year. It's held up so well, looks beautiful, I've ordered another one so I don't have to change the hangers as often. I also ordered a gold one - I like it very much!

I LOVE this necklace. Looks very expensive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the clasp is very, very small. It can be difficult to attach.

The chain is not smooth and has all kinds of kinks in damaged areas. Even with a small pendant, it does not retain its length. It slides to the longest length.

The chain gradually slipped down. I like massive (sometimes heavy) trailers so they don't suit me, but small/lighter trailers can. It should have something on it that prevents it from slipping if you don't want it to.

The necklace was good and what I needed for my pendant. However, after about 9-10 months, the necklace started to change color. And that without wearing it every day (maybe 2-3 times a month) or bathing. I've tried using a blush rag/cloth to clean jewelry which didn't work and was afraid to use a jewelry cleaner. Unfortunately I had to return this necklace. The necklace I received did not look like the photo. The end you run through the trailer was very different and very bulky, almost like a ball shape. It didn't have a plain round jump ring on the end that I had to thread through my little charm so I returned it.

I have had a necklace for many years with a similar chain that I bought on holiday. After 5 years of daily wear, it finally broke. I love how I can adjust the necklace to my neckline very easily. I never feel like I'll break it while pulling to adjust the length. It slips off very gradually, and I have to adjust it several times throughout the day.

This necklace is a great idea - you can adjust it to the exact length you want, so don't worry about the shirt you're wearing anymore, you can wear the necklace around your neck, chest or sweater. If you wear a short chain, the extra chain will dangle around your neck, which I find sexy!
