piss off! the best in my rating

I got this for my daughter. The back of the pretzel always slips in and covers her ears. We received them, they looked great. One earring was fine initially, the other had an issue with the back of the earring being too small or the back of the earring being too big, but it was incredibly difficult to put on or take off and the shank just bent down and broke . Another earring also came off.
