Flexible and suitable for tight spaces.

Flexibility and adaptability to tight spaces. Helped reduce some of the road noise coming from the door panels in my old van.

An important part of the noise isolation process, but on its own it is ineffective.

Note that this alone does not greatly affect the soundproofing. What you need to do is apply Mass Damped Vinyl to it. This acts as an air separator between the MDV and your vehicle, and this separation is essential for the MDV to function properly. It's MDV that muffles the sound, not that.

Easy to use and makes a difference.

Installed 48 SF of these in my Ram 3500 Cummins. Used it on the interior trim and also over Stinger Roadkill Expert to give the carpet a softer feel. Road noise is almost non-existent, manual transmission hum is greatly reduced, and I can hear my system (not my system clattering panels). I am very happy with this product and Revain is very reasonably priced.

A good product. Easy to install

This product adheres well to the vibration damper. I attached this to a Roadkill vibration dampener on the roof and back of the cab. I also added it to the headline. At the same time I installed the Stinger mat. The overall noise cancellation is quite satisfactory. I plan to install this product on the door. I used to mount a silencer on both the door skin and the vapor barrier between the door and the inner door skin.
