My dog would sit on the seatbelt and unbuckle it and jumped to the front. I use this to keep them in the backseat where they belong.

These are so easy to use! I have a toddler who likes to unbuckle himself and his sister and he doesn’t understand the possible danger! We ordered there so he couldn’t and they have been nothing short of amazing! He can’t unbuckle or anything now!

I have 2 large dogs that go absolutely crazy when we get close to the dog park. I have to seat belt them in to keep them from bouncing out the window. One of my girls figured out how to press the release button on the seat belt and thought it was awesome. These little covers worked perfectly to prevent that! I have a 5 year old autistic son and these worked great for him. Easy to use and perfect for what I needed to keep him safe Could be too challenging to use for parents with disabilities or limited manual dexterity.

If you clip it in the wrong way.it's gonna be hard to release. It's a loose item you have to hold it in place to lock the seat belt. Not so easy with a toddler , especially as a single parent. Ive accidentally clipped it in back wards and it was so hard to release. Very stressful because it's just me and my baby. No extra help to get in or out of the seat. I bought these for my dogs… I have a backseat sling, but I have one 70 pound, hyper active dog that will accidentally step on his own and my other dogs and release both of them. These solved the problem perfectly!

The only thing that is a problem is making it secure to the buckle base so it doesn’t shift while putting the buckle in That's my review.

I bought to keep my dog from releasing his seatbelt tether. I had to extend the strap to get the metal buckle to keep this in place (keep the guard from sliding up and down on the strap).and it seems to be working. I just can’t shorten the buckle strap now to restrict my dogs movement more.

My puppy became too smart, and was able to step on the seatbelt buckle to unlock himself! This works perfectly! Easily slips on over the top of the existing buckle and just click as usual.

This does not fit Subaru seatbelts. The slot for the buckle is to narrow, I was able to use a file to widen the gap to allow it to fit but this should not be nessasary.

I work in a field where transportation is a risk and these buckle guards are life savers. Easy to install, cheap to buy and cheap to break on the off chance of an emergency using the same procedures to unlock it. I appreciate items like this being cost effective, not prohibitive.

Would not work in my 2017 Honda Pilot , buckle would not click. This guard was blocking it from latching. But it did work in my F150, so we'll keep these, but illness to find another set for the Pilot, which is what we use.

My grandson kept getting out if seatbelt, but no more worries. When we are where we were driving to, I just take a key and release the buckle and he then get out safely.
