I like how easy it is to use as well as their customer service! They can help you find any information or person within your organization. It's very helpful when searching through large databases of people looking at different positions available. The only thing i dislike about this software was there were times where my computer would freeze up while using them so not all features worked 100% perfectly but overall good program!! I like most is how quickly we were able to get an offer from them - very quick! They took me through every step of the process which was great because i had no experience at all when it came to this sort of thing so having someone guide you along made everything much easier. The only downside really would be that there can sometimes seem to be some lag between responses or emails received but thats just my personal opinion. Would highly recommend anyone who wants help finding new staff members…

I like how open minded these guys were when it came to my requirements - there was no pressure! They offered me several options but nothing felt 'right'. It's been over three months since we last spoke (they had recommended an internal recruiter) so perhaps things changed? We're still looking at other agencies as well though their service is excellent too!!
