These bags could be VIP this summer! I didn't see any flies gathering around my dumpster that I hadn't let in. I put my 13 gallon bags in these large bags in my container and so far so good - no pesky flies. Hopefully by the start of the summer they will continue to work as before.

These bags are strong and smell like bug spray. It's not bug season so I don't know how the repellent will work. But even though they're the same size as a 55-gallon bag, they're shorter than the 55-gallon bags I usually buy. So they don't hold as much as a real 55 gallon bag.

But shorter and stockier than other 55 gallon bags. The 55 gallon bags we typically buy are large and have a lot of protrusions in our bins (that's why we buy them, the lid doesn't fall in). They're more like the 45-gallon bags in these cans. Bug repellent is a nice feature, but the smell can be strong when you first open a new bag.

Not only are these bags durable, but they're cheap as hell for a case of 65 bags! I have a prime account so I had free 2 day UPS shipping and had to pay a small amount of tax and the total cost to me was just over $36. These are high quality bags and 65 of these for only $36 is amazing! I like that they are 37 wide as some large bins can be a bit shorter but also wider to accommodate the same amount of rubbish. The extra inch in width just gave me peace of mind. I don't have a problem with bugs
