Decent paper for printing Paper

The paper is excellent for printing on linoleum and for gravure printing. I've ordered twice, both times they came with the corners slightly bent because they had slipped in the package.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Crumpled

Excellent heavy paper for book printing

This is heavy paper. It's like cardboard. The texture is ideal for relief printing. I use this size, cut each sheet in quarters and print my business thank you cards on them.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Useless features

Superb quality as you've come to expect from Strathmore

Just what you need when you want your prints to look more professional. If you are making prints for a potential sale, you should use this paper. Weight and thickness are just perfect. I did not receive my package with dents or damage, your mileage may vary.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Printed entirely by hand, just like me

The paper is heavy (280gsm) yet resilient and surprisingly absorbent. If you print entirely by hand like me, you might want to add a little more ink than usual and spend a lot of time working with the mandrel/spoon all over. Not 100% cotton. This paper was used with Speedball Linoleum and Caligo Safety Ink. Not my favorite paper in the world, but great for the price!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Thing is damn good

Hey guys, I'm drawing on this paper, don't do prints. I use Rives BFK when making prints. However, this stuff is pretty damn good, works well with a variety of mediums (ink, pen, pencil, crayon, gouache). The only problem is that using the eraser will cause the paper to tear, and then you will find that the core of the product is not very good. Look how much it costs, it's a great product and the 8 x 10 inch size is amazing because I don't have to tear up other paper to draw.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
