📄 Strathmore 500 Series Bristol, 2-Ply Vellum Surface, 11x14 White - Pack of 15 Sheets Review

I recommend it for those looking for pen and colored pencil work. I'll probably stay away from using graphite as my shading methods don't work considering the tooth is small. Excellent fine art paper.

This is an excellent drawing paper. I bought this hardcover paper notebook because my art teacher recommended it. My teacher uses it for her graphite drawings and she has been drawing for a very, very long time. I'm having a hard time finding it in local stores, so I'm glad Revain can offer it. Takes large graphite.

I bought the whole thing for one use (printing in black and white) and it was a failure for that. However, it's great for other uses like carpets, painting etc (actually all the things you would normally buy it for, not the weird use I've been trying to use it for). But if you're hoping to work with this in Alt B&W, save your money.

Strathmore's Bristol Paper (smooth finish and slightly serrated vellum) is a AWESOME paper for all your dry supplies like graphite, crayons, pens and some markers. It is a durable paper that holds its shape well. It's not designed to handle a lot of wet media (watercolor, gouache, ink, etc.) but a small amount of highlighter and ink without cracking or pilling. Strathmore Mixed Media Paper is a better mix of wet and dry media. This Bristol paper is so much fun with colored pencil and graphite!
