Strathmore Visual Bristol Journal Vellum Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies Review

This is the only paper I use for drawing with pen and ink. I like that it doesn't run and absorbs well.

I love this magazine. Good size, bought to keep a journal with all my markers and ink. Very handy to use when expanding my collections.

Great quality Strathmore Bristol. Under the colorful cover there is a real solid color cover, very heavy and durable.

Perfect size for travelling, walking in the park or drawing at home. Good paper at a good price. I am currently using three of these magazines and will likely be ordering more in the near future.

The Ultimate Graphite Drawing Pad. Nothing beats parchment bristol for portraits. I like that the cover is durable so the pages are protected when I carry it on the go. Luckily, the visual magazine page peels away from the front to reveal the beautiful, durable cover underneath.

Quality Bristol card stock in a handy spiral notebook. Good to wear. It would be helpful if the permanent hard covers were printed with the paper type and weight. After removing the temporary paper cover, all visual journals will have the same cover - watercolor, vellum, smooth, etc.
