The link that connects the cuffs to the chain is an open D-shaped ring that slips and pulls some of the connective tissue out of shape. They also made a fairly robust impression.

Excellent quality leather and lining. It went around a 16 1/2" neck with ease and you can either tighten or loosen it to fit most necks. Very happy with the quality and purchase.

I've had these less than a month and they broke. There is just a crack where the screw goes through the chain to the handle. I will add a photo soon. Unfortunately, they looked and felt very good.

My only concern was the quality of the material and I can honestly say it's very durable and comfortable. It fits both of us so I would say one size fits best as it is quite adjustable. Also, the extra rings come in very handy for some new fun positions. I would order this brand again without hesitation.
