They are very cute and look amazing. My only complaint is that I ordered the wide and it's narrower than I expected. I have many Stride-Rite shoes in a variety of sizes and they all fit my daughter's wide feet perfectly. This is the first pair that wasn't as wide as I expected. They fit and look good but I'm concerned they will hurt her legs if worn for long periods of time.

Stride Rite is one of the few companies that makes wide leg shoes for kids. My grandniece is 21 months old, wears a size 6 and has a high instep. These classic shoes fit her perfectly, I don't think she will wear them for very long. They are very elegant and designed to be worn at a formal wedding. I ordered these not knowing exactly what to expect in terms of fit and was pleasantly surprised.
