Description of Stripper Stripping Herbtastic Kitchen Gadget

Durable and dishwasher-friendly plastic rake to strip leaves off herbs. Ergonomic and sharp design helps cooking enthusiasts prepare meals with herbs, easily and effortlessly. Actual size: 2.06 x 1.18 x 7.18 inches, with a 0.5 inch handle for a perfect grip. Two sides to strip leaves. One side has rigid, triangular teeth spaced 0.25 inches apart. The other side has rigid, squared teeth spaced 0.125 inches apart. The handle has three holes to pull herb stems through. The holes measure 0.24, 0.19, and 0.15 inches in diameter, respectively. Red color so it clearly contrasts with the herbs.

Making salsa is easy!

I used this for the first time tonight while making homemade salsa. I used it to separate the leaves from the cilantro stalks. It was so easy! For such a price, a must-have in the kitchen!

Great little tool!

I am an amateur gardener and love growing herbs to use in cooking. The only part I don't like is removing the herbs from the stems. Herb Remover has completely solved this problem. Really very good product!

Makes using fresh herbs so easy!

I love this kitchen utensil. I've recently started growing my own herbs and the Herbie rake is handy, quick and perfect for using fresh herbs in my recipes. I loved it so much I'm buying more as gifts for my culinary friends and family! I highly recommend this item!

Good, but. - Kitchen and Dining

I bought this (cheaper!) direct from the designer. I've used it on a variety of herbs and will continue to use it, but I have yet to successfully remove all leaves (sometimes even a single leaf!) from a single stalk. I suspect that having a wider range of hole sizes will solve the problem.

Herbie rakes work amazing! Very solid construction and pleasant to use.

Received my Herbie Rake very early because I was dying to try it. When they arrived in the mail (very quickly) they were of excellent quality with no flaws and did an excellent job of stripping the leaves off the herbs I was using in the dishes I suddenly needed to cook. I've cooked more often with the Herbie Rake. Highly recommended.
