🪜 Stromberg Carlson S-150 Platform Step with Durable Steel Construction Review

Great little step, just what I needed for my camper where the steps were too high. This made it perfect and more stable than a small stool.

This stage is cheap, fragile and dangerous. Broke after a day of use. Now it's useless. My wife and I both weigh 160 pounds, but it wrinkled very easily. Do not recommend buying this step.

Very stable platform, although the step platform tends to pick up dirt and dust when walking, this part of the platform is difficult to clean. The product is very stable and has not crashed.

I bought this for my father who has trouble getting into our car and loves it. The fact that it has 2 heights is great. At the moment we use it without straight legs, when it gets a little stronger we use legs. The platform is the right size and easy to navigate, he really likes the non-slip tread. Steel rusts over time; Not a permanent solution for outdoor use.

Perfect height for our caravan and strong enough to feel safe. But the "coating" for anti-slip protection is simply a glued-on layer of waterproof material that resembles sandpaper. After exposure to sun and rain, air or water bubbles began to appear underneath. My plan is to remove this sheet once it's looser and PAINT a new non-slip surface.

Excellent product, durable and functional. 5 stars for the Stromberg Carlson item and fast shipping but 0 stars for the Revain packaging. Despite the very high postage and packaging costs, there was no softening packaging material in the box, so the product was slightly damaged in transit. This will not affect the functionality of the item as the damage is only cosmetic, but c. P&P is $90, you expect delivery to be taken care of!
