Very nice bag, overall. There are lots of pockets and I was a big fan of the inside side pockets. The charging cable for a battery pack is a great feature. I did not like that there wasn't a velcro strap to hold the laptop in place, and I also wanted the outside pockets to be bigger and have a bit more flexibility. I just used this for a quick getaway with my carryon. Great bag. Lots of places to store all my during-flight needs but still have everything separate. I love all the pockets accessible from the outside. I was able to fit shoes, laptop, toiletry bag plus my Kindle, wallet, and snacks. So roomy and very nice look. It's so hard to find something reasonably stylish that has all the pockets I require. This fits the bill.

No flap to deal with, it opens up nice across the top for full access. I would like to have an inside hard fold up bottom to make it more stable and aid in making it set up. Other than that, this will work great for what we need. Has plenty of pockets as advertised and seems durable but light weight. This was purchased for a tech lover who will get some great use out of this bag.

I love the style, color, make and my 17 inch fits perfect. I carry 2 laptops in it without any problems. Hope it holds up for a long time. So far so good!

So far so good. I had a previous model that was more leather than cloth and easier to clean. The only thing I worry with on this one is the ease of cleaning it. Other than that, it has great organizational areas, easy to carry, and good quality.

Love the backpack, it holds everything. Only complaint I would have is it seems very heavy when all my things are in there including my laptop, but very happy with it.

I love how the top has a structured opening (stays wide open as you add and remove content). It has a crazy amount of pockets to keep everything you have organized.

The quality is very nice and looks sturdy. The only thing is that online the lines inside the backpack appeared grey, but in person it's brown. This doesn't really bother me though because it's a lovely backpack.

This is a backpack that opens from the top - opening is supported so it is easy to load. Just the right size with lots of pockets. This bag is full of storage and yet will fit under the seat on an airplane. Larger water bottles fit into the side pockets more secure than most.
