The product itself is really well manufactured and attractive. It also came with adjustment tool and extra link for sizing. The packaging was great, and fit for gifting (even included a velvet jewelry pouch).The customized message appears to be laser etched on to the back, not printed so it likely will not have the same wear away issues as other products.This was also one of the very few bracelets that could fit the entire name of my medication allergy.The only issue I have with this bracelet…

Nice bracelet. Was not as easy as their hard to orient instructions said, on how to remove pins to size or put them in. Had to take it to a jeweler. Other than that, I like the look.
