The product itself is really well manufactured and attractive. It also came with adjustment tool and extra link for sizing. The packaging was great, and fit for gifting (even included a velvet jewelry pouch).The customized message appears to be laser etched on to the back, not printed so it likely will not have the same wear away issues as other products.This was also one of the very few bracelets that could fit the entire name of my medication allergy.The only issue I have with this bracelet (and by no means an issue with quality) is that this style of bracelet links tends to pull hair. I'm always feeling the uncomfortable prick of the tiny hairs near my wrist getting pulled out. If I run my fingers through my long hair, I will feel it catch in the links and take 5 to 6 strands with it. I wore this bracelet for a few weeks and felt the discomfort of hair being pulled out at least 5 times a day.I will keep this to wear during special occasions, but let this be a warning for people with long hair! I have purchased a separate bracelet that is a simple toggle clasp chain with medical alert charm for everyday use.
