Short lifespan for computers and accessories

Bought an e-learning pen as children do a lot on the iPad. The pen worked for 1 month and then stopped working. It shows that it is charging, but when we use it it does not turn on.

Brought this for my grandson to use on his iPad to learn how to write letters and numbers. It didn't take long to program the pen on the tablet and it charges very quickly.

Doesn't fit. for tablet accessories

I've been waiting for this for almost 2 weeks and found that it doesn't work with any of my devices. It seems that only certain models that are not mentioned fit it. It's mainly for the iPad and the like. There was also no booklet included with the product. It claims to require no drivers or Bluetooth settings, but doesn't seem to pair with the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2020), iPhone 11, or Samsung Galaxy A01.
