The case has held up well and it was stupid to get this version for my 2021 12.9" to buy IPP. Packing: Good packing. The box had a few scuffs and dents. Nothing unusual. I don't review many products so my apologies if that sounds rambling. TLDR: The best case for iPad Pro users who don't need a keyboard. I've had Zugu for a 2015 iPad Pro 12.9 model for many years. When I finally upgraded to the 2021 model, I had no trouble using the Zugu again. When I was looking for a case for my new iPad Pro (12.9" 5th Gen 2021) I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it in bed. I write a lot in bed at night , when it's quiet so that was a critical aspect for me, I had to use it on a cushion and not slip and slide. I already paid $350 plus shipping for the latest Apple Magic Keyboard, thinking it would at least be safe. (True, but it's also very heavy) This ZUGU case is worth every penny and it's the first time an ad hasn't oversold anything.
