This product is really dirty. The lid says to heat it before use, but when it's warm at all it gets sticky and unwieldy. If it's an average quality wax, no matter how soft it is, it's probably a nightmare. You can use a small amount until it is just warm against your skin. If you don't remove it fast enough, it will stick to the skin and you will have to wash and let the skin dry and try again. Otherwise, the continuation will just pull all over the skin as the hair is now covered in warm sugar

I don't know if I'm not smart enough to put goo on myself or if the goo was of poor quality. All I know is that he didn't remove the hair and made a huge mess.
