This product is really dirty. The lid says to heat it before use, but when it's warm at all it gets sticky and unwieldy. If it's an average quality wax, no matter how soft it is, it's probably a nightmare. You can use a small amount until it is just warm against your skin. If you don't remove it fast enough, it will stick to the skin and you will have to wash and let the skin dry and try again. Otherwise, the continuation will just pull all over the skin as the hair is now covered in warm sugar and won't rise as you add more. If you remove it too quickly, it won't harden. no hair at all. The only positive comment I have is that it works and is actually pretty painless when pulling on the skin. It's just very messy and difficult to edit. The good news is that it washes off very easily with water. And you can eat it if you want as it only has 3 ingredients. Edit: I now use a popsicle stick instead of my hands to apply and swirl. . It's a lot less messy. You have to try this!
