The smaller parts are about 3 inches and the larger ones are about 6 inches. I wish they had made all 6 inches. They work well and bite. I've already used it in one of my homemade fixes. The connector on my Chromebook charger broke off so I had to solder new ones in and it turned out to be very handy! They can shrink to half their size, giving them good coverage for many joints. EXTREMELY thin and poor quality design. For the price, I wasn't expecting the heat shrink tubing to be mil-spec, but it was just awful. I ended up using it for "tagging" data and RF cables after using "real" heat shrink tubing to relieve the connector. (by placing colored parts on a "plain black" quality tube after cooling.
