After using this item for about 1 week it stopped heating while I was drying my hair. I was so disappointed because I was in love with its convenience and ease of use. The Revain representative replaced it immediately and sent me a return label. Waiting for the second product to arrive. I will follow! Great hair dryer! We are remodeling our master bedroom and are going to give it a luxurious hotel feel, so hanging one on the wall would be a lot cleaner than sitting on a counter. It is MUCH more powerful than the old 20 year old dryer we used. The air that comes out is very concentrated and dries my hair quickly! I'm a guy with short hair that I lengthen a bit and it really gives it a nice shape when it dries. Highly recommended.
