WOW! Simply FIVE STARS!

WOW! The kitchen was recently renovated. One of the finishing touches was replacing my six old 65w 'warm white' recessed spotlights with these 11w (equivalent to 65w) 'cool white' LED spotlights and I can't explain the difference! I hated the yellow tint and dullness of the old regular lights. The crystal clear white glow and brightness of these lights are completely different. I tried to explain to my girlfriend what the difference was when I ordered them and she was stunned when we actuallyโ€ฆ

I like her. --Update-- No.

Works great. They are in my dining room. The price was better than my local hardware store and they work too. Can't comment on longevity as it's only been around for a week. If I'm not mistaken I'll be releasing an update in about a year. - Updated - 03/15/18. Been using them for a few months now and so far so good. Works as it should. Updated 12/02/18. Four bulbs blew out about two weeks ago. They were on two separate circuits along with other lightbulbs that are still fine so it wasn't aโ€ฆ

The Sunco BR30 floodlights deliver a beautiful 3000K color and are very quiet by default.

Sunco BR30 floodlights should produce a beautiful 3000K color and be very quiet with a standard light switch. We installed two in our kitchen on a standard light switch and are happy with them. However these bulbs hum very loudly when connected to a Lutron CL Diva 150 Dimmer. In our case we have 6 of these bulbs on a dimmer of this make/model in our living room and they hum at all brightness levels except when the dimmer is on the highest Level set Low value.
