Poor quality, light flickering, popping noise

Everything looked fine at first, but after a few days we noticed that the lights were flickering randomly. Sometimes when first turned on, sometimes after they've been on for a while. Some are darker, some are not. It doesn't seem to matter. The lights don't always flicker the same. It doesn't even flicker, it's very noticeable. Also, you can hear flashlight popping sounds during operation, which is very strange. Now I have to remove and reinsert them, which takes a lot of work.

Flickering scrap fits body and fairing kits

Don't buy. They're bright and easy to install but they flicker like old fluorescent tubes. I have "They installed them in a newly renovated house. New wiring, new switches, all done by an electrician in accordance with current regulations. Some of them are mounted on a certified dimmer switch, some on a conventional switch. Bad Light - Electric

I have used Sunco's 4 inch niche lights, 6 inch niche lights and these disc lights on several jobs over the past few years. But this year I built a big house that needed about 115 lightbulbs. I chose Sunco based on positive past experiences, but I would say it was a terrible mistake. The lamp design is bad. The mounting holes only really fit the old rear boxes and they will burn out quickly (4-8 weeks) and break the entire circuit if they are on the NEC required AFCI/GFCI BREAKER. Therefore, to

ATTENTION! DO NOT use for recessed lighting

Installed a few in our new house and after a few months 2 of these broke and melted. They got so hot they melted the electrical boxes. No dimmers were used and I build houses to live in. My electrician said he stopped using Sunco bulbs for this very reason. DO NOT RISK THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY OR THE WELL-BEING OF YOUR HOME.

Economical, bright and easy to install. - However.

I've had it for about a week now. I repeat, they are economical, bright and easy to install, but since I installed them, many of them flicker, at least one in each room. I have to decline and say I will buy more. Not sure why they flicker but it gets annoying after a few minutes in the room. For this reason I have upgraded from five stars to three stars, which I guess is gracious.

Do not buy these lights if you plan to use them to illuminate a large room!

These lights work great with a one or two unit combination, but when I was replacing 14 fluorescent tubes in one of the garage bays. with these lights they blink in unison. Also, Sunco Lighting couldn't help me because they couldn't verify my order number with Revain. The second time I called Sunco, I called around 10am PT on Monday and got a message that no one could help. Poor product quality and customer service makes this light a very expensive proposition given the hours it took to install
