One (year) and done. Disappointing life expectancy.

These lamps do not last as long as I expected. I bought a pack of 8 on December 9, 2018. I just replaced two bulbs of these bulbs on 11/6/20 in our kitchen where there are six bulbs. The two lightbulbs I replaced came on but seemed weak. Those two bulbs were dim while the other four seemed normal. Our kitchen lights are powered by a standard non-dimmer 3-position switch. I am very satisfied with the Sunco Lighting BR40 light bulbs that I have received.

. I installed the first one over my kitchen sink and WOW what a difference. Even with the amount of natural light my kitchen has, this lighting wasn't glaring or intrusive. After installing the first one and making sure that the result of one lamp was satisfactory, I installed the remaining seven lamps throughout the kitchen. What a beautiful choice of lighting. Great replacement for BR40 filament bulb LEDs

I have replaced 8 120w BR40 filament bulbs in a large room. I wanted to switch to LED bulbs because there are a lot of them, and 8 bulbs of 120 watts each is 960 watts in constant use. 8 LED bulbs of 17W each consume only 136W, which will save me a lot of energy. Also, 120-watt lightbulbs were becoming increasingly difficult to find as they burned out over time.
