I ordered 3 of these. Two arrived perfectly and work great, I used a different glue after reading some reviews. One arrived broken. Revain sent a replacement, it arrived broken but there were no broken parts in the box. Why did Amazon send a defective replacement for something that was originally defective?!

My first aid kit was a messy mess with bottles and containers that could be knocked over etc. This is a great solution. I attached them to the medicine cabinet door to keep them organized and have plenty of room for larger items that can sit on the cabinet shelves. Ideal for lipstick, roller bottles, nail polish, etc.

i had no problem with the trays not sticking - they say let them dry for 24 hours before putting anything in them and i have these instructions followed. I might even buy a second one, it's so wonderful that the makeup is so organized! My advice is to do a dry run first. Before sticking the trays, put a brush or nail polish inside and close the medicine cabinet door to make sure they don't hit the shelf. It took a bit of work to fix but I'm very satisfied.

Good idea: use the empty space behind the mirror in the first aid kit. However, the sticky stuff they supply does NOT fit! Luckily I had some sticky squares to use and they seem to be holding up well. The largest basket does not get stuck even when empty. The product photo shows nail polish bottles, cosmetics, etc. in baskets, and sticky tape (they look like plastic velcro with teeth interlocking) will not hold these items. Beware.

Overall happy with the purchase. I pinned them to the inside of the linen closet in my tiny bathroom. Since space is limited, it's nice to wash makeup off my sink. While they hold up well, only one of them broke at the velcro. My solution was to only squeeze it once a week to make sure it was still holding. The product is generally brilliant! Definitely helps a lot in our small 1 bedroom with limited storage.
