All right. Great idea, bad execution. One side keeps falling off. The sink is clean and level, straight, but the side panel slides down and eventually falls off.

This product is reliable, good quality and very easy to install. After I attached it to the kitchen sink, it didn't stir or move. Before that, I had a similar device that had to be constantly reconfigured and eventually exhausted its usefulness.

Suction cups don't stick at all, even on a clean, dry surface. Or wet clean (also tried). Update: I contacted the company (along with a request for a refund) and they got back to me straight away and said they are shipping new and improved larger suction cups. Her response time and follow-up was impressive.

Like. I gave it four stars because it took a while for it to really "stick" to our stainless steel sink. He slid further down. However, when I put it back in place a few days later, it finally seemed to stick. Since then no problems. I like the copper finish and it looks nice for a sponge holder. Comes with two extra suction cups.

I really want this holder but can someone tell me what the secret is to keep it? Every time I go to the kitchen I see the suction is dangling by 1 cup. I put it back in place, applying constant pressure and following the directions, press the center to deflate. Come back later and see him dangling and the cycle repeats. i will return this

As mentioned, the suction cups broke 5 minutes after installation. The company acknowledges the problem and even includes a second set of cups to help the user solve the problem. What I did was apply a thin coat of CHAPSTICK to the cups before applying. They've been running for several days with no problems. The mount is well made and now that it's holding up, it gets the 5 stars it deserves.

I like this product very good quality I was surprised. It's light, it's quite big, I thought it would be too big for my sink as I live in an apartment and our sinks are small, but it fits perfectly. It's very strong as you can see in the video, I try to pull it out and it's holding, the color is really really nice and my whole house is rustic and the color was really perfect everything down to a pretty bronze brown. I can literally recommend it
