This item is simply adorable! I love using it on set and filming with it! I sometimes use it on my steadicam. It is compact and fits in a gym bag

My highlights: 1) Easy assembly. 2) My Panasonic fits perfectly. 3) It is relatively comfortable, but you can use a larger and more comfortable shoulder rest and more weight to balance the camera, microphone, lights and other equipment. 4) Barn doors are good but short lived. Plastic is not the best choice here. I like the overall quality and build. For the money I couldn't find a better option.

Arrived in 2 days, easily assembled, took about an hour with no instructions. Just common sense and bigram. It's stable and strong, I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, it works for my camera, Black Magic Cinma. I'll upgrade my rig later, but if you're looking for a regular gun mount at a cheaper price I'd recommend it. A hundred dollars is a bargain.

I'm missing parts of the stabilizer bar I'm missing the top handle so hold onto it and I'm also very disappointed because my left valve is very loose with me crashing all the time off the whole installation looks broken and skipped. I want you guys to send me more valves in the new location or I want a refund ASAP! Can someone REPLY ASAP and let me know if you can send more flaps for my stabilizer.

I run a small video production company on a very tight budget, the SunSmart DSL Movie Rig is definitely the perfect solution for our bottom line! This makes recording videos for long periods of time very convenient. My camera uses a 7 inch monitor and an upgraded rig that adds a few extra pounds, but now I hardly notice it on my shoulder! Excellent rig core, it has almost everything you need to get the job done but it can be "upgraded" as needed. I already lengthened mine, it takes standard 15mm fittings. The included "shoulder pad" is really just a chest/shoulder pad, I had to add my own shoulder pad but it works as is for smaller loads.
