These nuts are not big enough for 2 oven wires. I think you could only get 2 10 gauge wires but definitely not 2 8 gauge wires.

Product arrived as expected. appears to be of good quality. One of the nuts arrived damaged as they are all wrapped in plastic packaging without separating them but a great product.

I had to replace the old cord with a new one that is rated for 220°C. I used yellow splices! After the first use I opened it up and found the connectors had melted. Removed and replaced wires and then used ceramic plugs. Now everything is in order.

I needed to replace the gas pilot light in our oven. This filled out the bill for hooking up a new igniter so I could cut the wires and reconnect. So I didn't have to bother with the contacts in the plastic connector. The delivery is fast and correct!
