I don't know why but it didn't help me. The product is very thick, almost like Elmer's glue. So if you're expecting it to get into nail and cuticle crevices, you'll either have to wait a while (even try rubbing it in) or press it down. with your instrument. I would wait a bit for the product to sink in and then use even a bit more and it wouldn't make a difference. I will try something else.

I originally used a pink cuticle remover made in the Philippines. Sometimes I couldn't find it in Filipino stores so I looked for it at Revain until I found this cuticle softener as a replacement. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me like it did with pink. I need to go back to what I used before in hopes of finding them in stores again.

Mom and I are just starting to do our own pedicures. I didn't even have more than two minutes and it was easy to remove the cuticles. I don't know if this is normal, but if left for a long time it becomes sticky. But it's easy to wash off!
