Good cable length. I wish it was more flexible

Good length cable. Although I would like more flexibility. The strain relief is too hard stuff, I threw it away in my scrap collection for another possible use and bought some nice boots, which interestingly were also from Superior Electric.

Pros
  • Electrical
Cons
  • Short manual

Faulty Connector - Extension Cord

This cord was the correct length, wire gauge and had a good strain relief feature. However, the plug had a defective grounding pin that broke off the first time it was plugged in. It was not possible to return the cable because I had already installed it in the grinder. I added a spare plug from Home Depot to make it work.

Pros
  • Extension Cord
Cons
  • Small Parts

Doesn't look like a replacement but does the job

Although the chart says this is an exact replacement I had to modify the case to fit. Also, the old cable and switch were one piece; there was nothing new. I had to cut the cable and connect it to the wire nut. Luckily there was enough space in the cavity for the wire nut. The rest of the cable seems solid enough. My jigsaw is back in action.

Pros
  • Cables, adapters and multiple sockets
Cons
  • Large and bulky
