Supershieldz Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Lenovo Chromebook Duet 10.1 inch - Anti-Scratch, Bubble-Free Design Review

Bought this item for Lenovo Chromebook Duet 10.1 inch 2 in 1 for my son. Fits perfectly! It was a bit difficult for me to put it on just because my hands weren't wide enough for the way I was holding it. I had no problems with bubbles or dust particles. I can't vouch for the protection yet but this product is very similar to what I had for my iPhone X and it was my life saver!

I completely cleaned the screen as described. I made sure there was nothing on the glass. I noticed a few particles on the sticky side of the screen but couldn't remove them. After application, the defects formed bubbles that could not be corrected. It's not aligned properly either - you have to cover the camera lens slightly. There were dust particles on the sticky side of the screen.

I'm absolutely positive this was the quickest and easiest install! I've never put a screen protector on, but you know, sneaky bravery comes and I've tried. I wiped dry and dusted, then laid the guide on the horizontal sides to avoid printing off the sticky side. Clean one side and get ready. All you have to do is level the top and slowly drop it. OMG glass will self-solidify and the bubbles, if any, will disappear. That's all! It also works great with a pen. The Best $10 Ever Spent.

It would be great if the installation could perfectly match the screen size. The front camera notch is too small and blocks the camera when the bottom edge is flush with the bottom edge of the screen. I ended up sliding the screen protector down a hair's breadth to clear the camera hole, but it left a blistering corner because the edge of the screen lifted the corner of the screen protector. If you don't have a sterile environment, don't even bother. I bought one for my phone and this one for my duo. Not worth it unless you live in a hermetically sealed room with absolutely no dust. With both, I quickly took them out of the box and tried to put them back in, but the dust still got in. It will not close even if there is even a little dust inside. Every time I tried to take it off and fix it, it got worse. Almost invisible hairs, dust I could barely see with the naked eye, etc…

It was very difficult to get the finger touches to work and they still don't play button on something or reduce the size of the app, it's a little annoying , I mean sometimes it's ok, if you just keep clicking it it will go away eventually, but other than that it's a really good protection. I've dropped it on the wooden floor 5 times and it hasn't cracked at all so the quality is great and it's easy and I think that's why it's hard to touch because it's so damn thick but otherwise pretty good…

This protector fits the tablet very well - the camera notch really needs to be a bit deeper to ensure perfect centering, but in practice it doesn't matter much and the tiny offset is imperceptible. Installation was easy and the optical quality is good (much better than the plastic protector I used before). I have an HP USI pen that I use with the Duo and I don't notice any difference in accuracy or alignment with this guard. So if you use a pen, there's no reason why you shouldn't get one. A…
