I used a total of two screen protectors. The "card" that came with the kit is just layers of thick paper that have been folded over after you've used them to push the bubbles out with the second tread sheet. The protector is slightly anti-reflective, but not completely. It doesn't seem to affect the "resolution" of the screen as much as other matte screen protectors. Definitely eliminates reflections and gives a paper feel when writing with a pencil. The impact on color and resolution is noticeable; There's a tiny flicker that lets you know the screen is covered with something (think 2006 laptop matte screens).
