I'm pretty good at not dropping my iPad but one day it flew out of my hand and also jumped out of the case (horrible accident) and fell straight onto the screen. I was afraid to pick it up but was thrilled to see the only tear was in the protective film. Bought a new one right away. Defects were discovered while wearing. I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a new one. Fantastic product, fantastic customer service.

The product itself works perfectly (broken after a fall with the case closed) but if you are buying it because it has a lifetime guarantee, DO NOT! To get a replacement, you must send them the old one at your own expense. Returning a broken screen protector is more expensive than buying a new one. The guarantee isn't worth the hassle! I wish I had known that before buying!

I got a pick under the rim and I saw air come through and then it shattered. It took me about 5 hours to take it off 1/4 inch at a time while it kept collapsing. I tried a heat gun, didn't help.
