For adjusting the nose of face masks in public places.

I use this wire to attach it to medical masks by folding it 3 times. Washes well by hand. These masks aren't as effective as disposable masks, but they do help people who need to get food and other essentials. Housekeeping can make a difference.

Pros
  • Made in the USA and designed to retain its strength and not corrode or discolor.
Cons
  • Factor set

As long as it doesn't fall apart.

This leash is very comfortable to use. It says it can hold 20 pounds. I planned to use it for all sorts of projects from connecting solar panels to my fence outside. That's why I bought this coated wire that says it doesn't rub off. Its thickness is about a cent. Very flexible. The coil was fine. BUT - the end resolved by simply pulling it out to take a picture. It just spins before I even use it. Sigh. Will have to return.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

it stretches a lot.

The coil itself pos. It came with a piece of the back broken off and not connected down the middle, making the coil and wire look more like a slinky. I guess I'm spoiled having used picture wire on solid metal spools for the past 40 years. I've never used vinyl coated soft wire, so I can only compare it to the old standard picture wire. it is finger friendly as advertised. It is unlikely that blood will ever be drawn during normal use. I didn't put it through a lot of strength tests but was…

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen

Packaging and shipping Disastrous

I had to return the product. The coil of wire was shipped in a padded bag and arrived with a damaged core. The wire started to get tangled, but I figured I could salvage the situation. I made a new strong spool and temporarily attached the broken core to the wire spool. Then, with great patience, I changed the wire from the old spool to the new one. 1,000 feet is a lot of wire, and it's an even greater challenge that can be tackled with an impromptu process. It took 11 hours to make a new spool

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
