The title says it all. In addition, the plastic coating does not move at all. It stays tight and holds up very well when turned on itself. The only drawback, which I don't see as the fault of the manufacturer, is that my spindle broke quite easily. Maybe the plastic is thin. Maybe my grip exercises will work. Regardless, great product.

I've attached ugly, slick barbed wire to my artwork and figuratively kicked myself for not trying that coated wire sooner. It's so easy to spin with your fingers; I didn't need any tools to make a cleaner, non-jagged curve. Of course pliers or instruments could be used if desired but I did not find them necessary. Just cutters to cut to the appropriate length. I also think this wire is good value for money; The price is very fair considering the length you get.

This stainless steel cable is easy to work with and strong for its diameter. The coating makes it comfortable for the fingers. I know this wire is meant to be used as a back wire so you can easily hang pictures on the wall, but it also makes a great backing wire for decorating outside doors. The plastic coating prevents the hanging goods from discolouring. At different times of the year, including Mardi Gras, my front door is surrounded by ornate decorations.
