I have tried many knee pads and could not stop the knee from moving sideways, causing severe pain on the right side of the left knee. I bought this and now I can walk up and down stairs pain free. It is also very comfortable to wear. Try it . I think you will be very happy with the results.

After only wearing the knee brace for two days, I had to stop because it literally cut into the bottom of my knee. The strap used to secure the brace's position has been sewn with thick thread and double stitched at each end as you can see in the attached photos. This caused the material to warp and was so abrasive that it cut through my skin as my knee flexed and straightened as I walked. This is such a STUPID mistake in production, I can't believe there is any quality control at all!

The manufacturer states that the item is non-refundable. Not correct! I won't get my money back if I don't return the item. I have no problems with returns. But don't post it if you don't mean it. The product is poorly made, there are no instructions on how to use the strap and the loops have come loose. This is not my first brace and this one has no two way support at all. The straps are in the wrong places for below or above the knee support. The loops come out of the pockets that hold them.

Good: One shackle was new, serviceable and works well. Bad: I received braces that were obviously used. How disgusting, especially in times of Corona! He wore white and black animal hair as well as very long Velcro human hair. The straps were just a jumbled mess while the 2nd orthosis I ordered was packaged nicely and neatly. This is a quality control issue and needs to be addressed. If you accept a return, at least make sure it's unused and then sent back to a new customer. 🤮
