Flimsy Mounting Bracket, Buyer Beware

This bracket is a waste of money. It's made of flimsy materials that can barely support the weight of the camera. As my tests showed, it's not sturdy enough to protect my expensive electronics. The only pro is that it's adjustable, but that doesn't make up for its lack of durability. Save your money and invest in a higher quality bracket.

Good for the price. for accessory

Not bad overall, but the magnet isn't as strong as the real Arlo. If installed outdoors in windy conditions, the camera may move towards you. I put tape on the bottom of my magnet ball and that kept it from shifting.

Good bases. with a small modification.

Easy to install and slightly larger than expected. Hardware in the warehouse sucks. Throw it away and use screws instead. There was an issue with the Arlo Pro 2's camera slippage, but I fixed it with Plasti Dip Spray. Be sure to tape the base and clean the ball with brake cleaner. Apply several thin coats of Plasti Dip to the ball and allow to dry. Be careful not to pull the camera too hard around the sphere or you will tear the newly applied coating.
