These work pretty well, just wish they were a bit more transparent when melted - apparently they dry the same color as the stick but the picture was a bit Misleading a misconception about how opaque they really are. They are VERY light in their white color and this really limits me on what material I can use them on unfortunately. They work great and are a fantastic idea, but the limited usage is a bit confusing.

Good. I just do not understand. I assumed this product would have a higher price tag as it claims it can be used for apparel fabrics. However, the truth is that the instructions clearly state that you cannot dry the clothes you use them on, so that's what sets these glue sticks apart. I certainly haven't noticed any difference in how these glue sticks work. Only the price is the only difference I find worth mentioning. Well, except they're not clear. They are milky white.

This worked well for the project I chose it for and I used it on both oilcloth and tape. It's been a few months now and the connection is still going strong. Tip for using these fabric sticks: the glue is opaque. So if you apply too much glue and it goes beyond the target area, there will be a large visible white spot.
