Disappointing Laptop Keyboard Accessory

The product fell short of expectations.Based on my experience, the case design has a cumbersome flap that gets in the way when trying to use the keyboard. The sleeve material also FEELS cheap and does not provide enough protection..

The hinges of my Surface Pro 4 broke when using this case

Tilt adjustment hinges on my Surface Pro 4 broke while using this case I don't think this product has passed the performance test on the surfaces it's supposed to be used on.
