Very gentle yet effective

I used this product for the first time today and loved it! Doesn't burn or sting, removes hair in just 4 minutes. It smells but not as sharp as other products. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend Surgi Cream Extra Gentle.

Recommend! suitable for shaving and hair removal

Ordered to go with the threads as we are in quarantine. Doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't smell like a well-known brand and removes mustache (laughs) within 6 minutes. Sometimes with a popular brand I had to reapply and end up getting burned. Don't forget to use sunscreen if you use the product regularly.

Didn't work at all

Instructions followed exactly. I made a test spot according to instructions. Does not irritate the skin but does not remove hair. Waited the recommended 48 hours to actually apply. Removes in just 7 minutes (1 minute less than recommended time) and still doesn't remove hair, doesn't even weaken it. As it turned out, I then plucked the hair in that area to see if it was at least loose. However, it REALLY blew the crap out of my skin. At the end of the day I had a scab. Hairy scab.

Unsuccessful epilators

Tried once without success. The hair has not been removed and I'm afraid to leave it longer than the recommended time considering it's my face and all. I am also trying two other products so will update this if I have better results on the next rotation.

The best depilatory cream in the world

I love this product. It's way better than Nair. I have very sensitive skin and this is the first product I've used without any irritation. I also like Surgi's soothing cream that helps slow hair growth. I'm glad I discovered this product when I ran out of Nair. I will continue to use. This product gets a full 5 stars from me.

Burns Women's Shave & Hair Remover

I used this product for many years before turning to laser hair removal. I bought it to use on my eyebrows. Reading the reviews for this product made me think that the customers who said it burned might have sensitive skin. The manufacturers must have changed something on the ingredients as I only used this cream for a limited time of 8 minutes. It burned my skin very badly. Just a warning for those looking to buy.

The chemistry of this product may not be for some of us. As an African American adult with coarse chin hair, I found this product to be inadequate. After applying the hair removal cream with the application tool, I waited 4 minutes before removing the product. Immediately after removing the cream and washing the face with water; there was no burning or itching. The only one that works without burning your skin!

I've tried many ways to get my little blonde hair off my upper lip. but everything from waxing to all other hair removal creams makes me feel bad. This is the ONLY product that removes all hair and leaves my skin in good condition afterwards. I have a little trick I think you should all try. After removing the cream and washing your face, try applying coconut oil to the area where you just applied the remover. It cools my skin instantly and makes the sting go away much better than the cream…

HORRIBLE Beauty and Personal Care

I have tried other hair removal creams and have been more than disappointed many times. But the reviews on it made me want to try again. It did NOT remove my facial hair and burned my skin. If you have dark hair, and especially medium or older facial hair, I wouldn't recommend trying this. Not only did it not work and burned my skin, but I had rashes and dry, cracked skin for at least a week.
