Great cream, I've been using it for years. Easy to apply, waiting time is about 5 minutes. Removes hair cleanly and does not cause irritation. I have sensitive skin and use products with caution. Recommend.

I bought this for my daughter who has very sensitive skin. She's had reactions to every other hair removal cream she's tried on her upper lip, let alone the rest of her hair, but this cream didn't bother her at all. She has dark coarse hair and this cream removed them all in no time without the slightest discomfort. Try these if you have trouble with other creams due to sensitivity.

I had high expectations but another product let me down. Left for the maximum time (8 minutes) and nothing. Each hair is still firmly connected. I have PCOS and horribly thick and coarse black hair falls out of my chin regularly. I tried to produce so much but to no avail. Nothing (except plucking or shaving) works. I hate plucking and shaving because 9 times out of 10 I get ingrown hairs afterwards. Pooh. If anyone reading this actually knows of a product that works. Please send me! Haha

I was disappointed when Olay stopped making Duo hair removal cream. After reading many reviews of different facial hair removal products, I decided on this one. It's perfect - even better than Olay. Runs faster (4-8 minutes) and gets the job done perfectly. I'm white and use this product primarily for peach fuzz and fine blonde facial hair. I am satisfied with the quality and the price for the quantity received.

Tried everything! I'm ashamed to admit that I have a real horror of facial hair, and no matter how hard I try to deal with it, nothing works. This is a VERY gentle product. I accidentally left it on for 2 minutes longer than the instructions said (10 minutes) and yet I had absolutely ZERO redness/irritation upon removal. Other hair creams have always caused me slight irritation and even left a white spot around my mouth after removal, but neither has this one. HIGHLY recommended for sensitive skin. I won't use anything else.
