Almost, but not quite

1. The collimator was not set upon arrival. Haven't had time to align it yet, but this serves as a warning to check collimation before use. REFUSED TO ATTEMPT TO COLLIMATE IT. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE.2. The 2" adapter did not completely fill the 2" focuser. While I could tighten the focusing screw, the collimator would be off-center. I used 3M magic tape as spacers to tighten the fit. I expected a better fit.

Excellent customer service

I first tested this laser on a V-Block and found it to be somewhat fuzzy and unusable in the condition it was shipped in. I reported this to the seller and didn't see any collimation screws to adjust. The seller emailed instructions stating that the laser was fine calibrated at the factory, not adjusted, and that the collimation screw was under a label on the laser housing. Terrible product. BE CAREFUL when attempting to collimate this product!

This deluxe laser collimator is TERRIBLE! Why? 1. This "deluxe" laser collimator was shipped uncollimated/unaligned with a laser beam offset of 5cm at 2ft! This means if you try to collimate your Dobsonian you will do WORSE than before with this "Deluxe" product.2. Well, they say you can collimate with 3 adjustment screws under the bezel. BUT! The adjustment screw just retracts into the adjustment screw hole once I loosen it! And never return! Ordered tweezers trying to get that "varnished"…
