Not for small children

The product will be great when it grows up! He was born just over 6lbs and was not suitable for a baby under 8lbs. Keep this in mind if you are a mother of a young child who weighs less than 8 pounds. The website lists the size range for this product as 6 to 14 lbs.

Big but small!

Great transitional diaper! Soft! Easy diaper change and warm enough for summer days! However, it works very little! My baby is 8 weeks old, weighs around 12-13 pounds and 3-6 months is perfect for her which means she will be growing up soon! Would like a bigger size!

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Expensive

Hello, sleeping in diapers

We've tried all the diapers, including the popular ones that "allow" you to sleep with your arms raised. They were still too restrictive for my little fist in my sleeping face. This diaper/sleeping bag has partial startle suppression but she's happy, comfy and sleeps safe! The double zipper makes changing diapers very easy. She is only a month old but now we have a 3/6 month size for extra length, she seems happier in it.

  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Great for those who sleep with their hands up

Perfect for my baby who likes to sleep with their hands up. We swaddled him from birth but he started getting mad about it. Haha! So we tried this out at about 5 weeks and it worked well to keep him warm and safe. I like the option to untie his hands because he was starting to calm down. I just wish it was a little longer because my boy has grown long and too big for it. I had to get a new size.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Minor issues

Helps our baby sleep through the night!

We've tried regular diapers that require the baby to be placed hands down and wrapped around and our baby didn't like it! She kept crying and struggling, trying to raise her arms. After watching her sleep with her arms raised, we saw this swaddling and it made sense to us! He still lets the baby sleep the way he wants while still holding her in his arms. She loves it very much and has no problem wearing it. Hands Down is one of the best baby products we have. We use it every night.

Pros
  • There's something special
Cons
  • Fits

Ideal for sleepers with their arms raised!

Love it! My daughter sleeps with her arms raised and always has. We started with the first step of swaddling this brand and have progressed to this version now that we are 2 months old. Clasping her hands helps with the startle reflex so she doesn't wake up and can still stretch her arms. She didn't like other diapers that kept his hands in or down. They look a bit silly for having half sleeves when her arms are outstretched, but it helps her not to get scared! It also comforts me that she canโ€ฆ

Very soft, not quite what I would call a diaper

First of all I wanted my 15 week old baby to be in those 'typical' bags after all. But I can't say they are very similar to diapers, more like a soft sleeping bag. The other immediate concern was size. It looked MASSIVE without the packaging and I followed the company's recommendations for size and weight. The instructions say to wash and dry and it really helps a lot, the size was more what I expected. I used to use very resistant diapers and sometimes "wrapped". I would say if your child isโ€ฆ

The perfect level of restraint and freedom

I like the versatility of this bag. My daughter is 9 months old and weighs over 20 pounds and can still use it. I bought this style and another much more expensive popular style and we prefer this one. I like that the arms are short so when the arms are closed it restricts movement and provides more security but the arms can be opened allowing freedom of movement and the ability to grab a pacifier if lost during the night. My daughter also likes having one hand hidden and the other free so itโ€ฆ
