One of my bowls had a protrusion in the bowl and was cracked. I contacted support and they agreed to send me a replacement. However, when I wrote to them they were out of stock so I had to wait a month for them to send me a replacement. They sent me a replacement a month later when it was in stock. Hope these are the unicorn shells I was looking for. That's how far they are. They are beefy and deep enough to microwave oatmeal (6 inch bowls). The rims are thicker than most so we're keeping our fingers crossed they don't crack like all of our other bowls. I'm surprised at how excited I am.
