This dispenser is of very poor quality. It's all plastic and all working parts are loose. We didn't even try to fill it because we knew it wouldn't seal properly. We returned immediately.

I like this dispenser. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but decided to give it a try. It is great! A fork is included. Don't throw it away, it's what they put on the floor when you fill it up. I almost threw it away thinking it was part of the package. I bought the syrup a few months ago and it hasn't sticky yet (just wish it was bigger). I bought it for my sweetheart.
