We love this grill. It's great for multiple people, and the ability to share the grill is also a nice feature for keeping veggies and meat separate.

Works great! 4 people can have 2 trays with easy access from either side. The only issue was that the 2 switch dial does not stay attached to the plastic part it is on.

Haven't used it yet but plan to do so tonight at the 30th anniversary celebration. When I opened the box, several raclette trays were bent. Googled interchangeable but couldn't find it.

A few comments: maybe it is too small for 8 people, six seems to be the number. it, so keep that in mind. Otherwise a great product, at least for now

Although it doesn't have temperature control (hence the four stars) we love the versatile folding feature and the fact that we can get a second teflon piece to swap out with granite if necessary is. The flip-up makes it easier for large groups of people to access the racket from the seat.

I bought this raclette grill in 2013 and used it once this year with no problems. Drugged him for Valentine's Day yesterday and realized something was wrong with him. It works for about 5 minutes and then turns off the switch. I've tested this over and over with different plugs around the house, all with the same result. So I took advantage of it.

We love this raclette. We had to try it ourselves first before inviting friends over for raclette. Works great and heats very well. As others have suggested, it's best to turn it on for about 10 minutes to preheat. Cool the grills completely before washing; dry quickly; and rub some oil before storing to keep the granite moist. Wipe off excess oil. We definitely recommend this model!
